Its 6-VDFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.The configuration is supported by 1 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.By using 4.5V~18V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.There are 6 terminations to form the base of its configuration.Numerous related parts are available for its base part number MCP14A0052.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 6 pins.The interface IC of the device is HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.As a maximum, there is 500mA limit to the output current.According to its maximum power dissipation, 109mW is capable of conducting and transferring a large amount of power without overheating.If you want a stable supply current, you should keep it at 580μA.The input of this algorithm is characterized by SCHMITT TRIGGER.
