There is greater flexibility with the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tube.This configuration includes 2 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 6.1V~18V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as 0°C~150°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.Initially, the configuration is composed of 8 terminations.With a supply voltage of 12V, it is designed to operate.As its interface IC, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.The board has a total of 8 component pins.
