Clock generator is packaged in the way of Cut Tape (CT). SOIC contains this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 240 to be essentially indestructible. NECL MODE: VCC = 0V WITH VEE = -2.375V TO -3.8V is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output. At 0.035 ns Max, this analog clock generator exhibits low timing skew. There are 3 true outputs. Logic circuits based on LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER logic use this electronic frequency generator.
