This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package contains this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 240 during reflowing. There are 20 terminations found in the file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 5V. In this case, NECL, PECL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 1.2GHz is available.
