There are 6 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. There are 3 channels on this power managment ic that can be found in a series. Please find attached SOT-23-6 functions for your reference in this IC power. As with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 3. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory. 6 pins are present in total in this power management. There are 6 pins on the supervisor. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 800mV. This IC power should be powered by no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector.
