It is mounted through 3 terminals on the power management. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of SC-70, SOT-323 functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 5V. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 3. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 1V. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 6V volts. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountThis power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 3.5μA. You can always use MAX6462, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. At the most, voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 3.5μA.
