It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator has 8 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package for the purpose of space saving. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable (Fixed) output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Through Hole mounting system. Operating at -55°C~125°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 65kHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 1.31V 5V. A regulator with this 245 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 12V as the nominal input voltage. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at 16V volts. In order to operate voltage regulator, there are 8 pins that must be connected. For this switching regulator, it is recommended that the output voltage is at least 1.31V volts. A maximum output current of 525mA A is provided to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. With a maximum output voltage of 16V, DC DC switching regulator has a very high efficiency. A harley voltage regulator operates with a 16.5V supply voltage. 75mA is normally the output current ofDC DC switching regulator.
