There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tube package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. There is a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Operating at 0°C~70°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 500kHz.
