M74HC4852YRM13TR Overview
As the electronic part is packed in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), international shipping is convenient. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). Mounted in Surface Mount is this multiplexer. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 4:1. Temperatures around -40°C~125°C TA are extended for operation. This electronic part offers high-quality output due to its 4 channels. Circuits based on SP4T switching are used to construct these analog switch ics. There are 2 circuits in this multiplexer. Try searching with M74HC48 to find analog multiplexer variants. Internally, this switch multiplexer has a resistance of 650Ohm. To find out what the 16 pins do, please refer to the datasheets. A voltage higher than 6V should not normally be supplied to the switches. The digital multiplexer has a low cost Single supply. It is recommended that the electrical component receives a voltage of 2V. For this digital switch to work, 2μA current would suffice. This analog switch requires a voltage of 2V~6V to drain from a single voltage supply. It is integrated with DIFFERENTIAL MULTIPLEXER analog ICs. The Automotive, AEC-Q100 series includes it.
