LTC2655CUF-L12#PBF Overview
A 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad package contains it, and it is available for download. It is powered from a supply voltage of 3V. The Other Converters family of FPGAs includes this part. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the 0°C~70°C range at all times when the unit is in use.
