LTC2642AIDD-16#PBF Overview
As part of the 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package, it is included. 3V volts power it. Part of the Other Converters family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. The Surface Mount-slot on the development board allows you to attach the FPGA module. It is important to maintain the operating temperature within the range of -40°C~85°C when operating the machine.
