In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. 0°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. 300kHz~3MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. 25V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. An input voltage of 10V is required for switching regulator operation. This voltage regulator is included in the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory. As a member of the LT1938 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator.
