This harley voltage regulator is available in the TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package for the purpose of space saving. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 100kHz. Regulator 8V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 8V. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 2.5V. Featuring a 2A Switch output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 45V. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 25V.
