The 25-WFBGA package saves space on the board. A LED driver using this design has 5 outputs.Mounting is done according to the Surface Mount method.When it emerges as a DC DC Regulator, it performs extremely well and is highly reliable.It is capable of working normally at -30°C~85°C TA.There are considerable benefits for Backlight.In this case, the terminations are set to 25.This configuration is built upon 25 pins.It is likely that undetermined failures will occur if the voltage supply is less than 3V.This is mounted by Surface Mount.This LED driver can be found under the base part number LP3958.The supply voltage of 5.5V is an acceptable maximum value.It has a voltage output of 18V.Further, it can be classified as Display Drivers based on its characteristics.As a result, it runs at a minimal voltage of 3V in order to achieve the best efficiency.When the switching frequency is maintained at 1MHz, this electronic component is able to fully play its functions.
