Using Tape & Reel (TR) as a shipping the power management path is acceptable.A convenient transport package is provided in 81-WFBGA, DSBGA .For easy adaptability, Surface Mount provides a universal mounting method.There are a number of applications targeted at Mobile Handsets .To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -40°C~85°C .3V~4.5V voltage is used for the operation of this power management.Check out search LP3925 for more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions.The power management has 81 terminals.This analog IC has received a great deal of praise as a POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT analog instruments designs.A power managment ic with 81 pins is available.A Surface Mount is provided for mounting on a PCB or other board.When powered by 3.6V voltage, the power manager is capable of performing a wide range of demanding tasks.An input voltage of 3.5μA is required for this power management ic to operate.It belongs to the Power Management Circuits series.To start it up, the ic supplies will need 3V at least.Keeping the output quality high requires collaboration among 1 channels.The power supply ic should not be fed with voltage that is higher than 4.5V .The power management chip can be operated with 3.6V power supplies.It is also possible to find ALSO REQUIRES OPERATING VOLTAGE VIN_CHG 4.5V TO 6.5V using this integrated power supplies.
