LMX2485ESQX/NOPB Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3V. Clock is designed as this clock generator's input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 3GHz maximum. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V to operate this time clock generator. Clock PLL works with 2.5V~3.6V supply voltage provided. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature.
