LMX2347TMX/NOPB Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3V. A clock generator's input is called CMOS, TTL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 2.5GHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 2.7V is recommended for safety reasons. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.7V~5.5V.
