This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 22 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 22-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount, Wettable Flank mounting system. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TA temperature while operating. DC-DC switching regulators reach 250kHz~500kHz switching frequencies. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 3.9V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 5.5A. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 36V. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 13.5V for operation. This DC/DC regulator belongs to the LMS3655 family. The switching regulator operation is carried out by 22 pins. On the basis of 15V's maximal output voltage, DC DC switching regulator can be operated easily. In the Automotive, AEC-Q100 family, this part palys an important role in DC DC switching regulator's traget applications.
