For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, 22 terminations are present. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 22-VFQFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. Surface Mount, Wettable Flank-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TA. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 250kHz~500kHz. Regulator 3.9V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 3.9V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 1V. Featuring a 3.5A output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 36V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 13.5V is provided. DC/DC regulators of this type are part of the LMS3635 family of voltage regulator 12vs. The switching regulator operation is carried out by 22 pins. The maximal output voltage of 15V allows adjusting voltage regulator for simple operation. In the Automotive, AEC-Q100 family, this part palys an important role in DC DC switching regulator's traget applications.
