LMR16006XDDCT Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 6 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. This harley voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package for the purpose of space saving. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 700kHz. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.765V. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 12V as the nominal input voltage. DC/DC regulators such as this one belong to the LMR16006 family of products. A voltage of 55V volts can be produced by voltage regulator. 6 pins are used for switching regulator operation. For this switching regulator, it is recommended that the output voltage is at least 765mV volts. A 600mA A maximum output current is required to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. There is a maximum output voltage of 55V from this voltage regulator 12v. The switching DC-DC regulator belongs to the SIMPLE SWITCHER? family of electronic voltage regulator 12vs. Switching regulators operate at 60V supply voltages. External factors do not affect voltage regulator's consumption of 28μA A of quiescent current. An operating voltage of 4VV ensures adjusting voltage regulator reliable performance. It is able to operate from a maximum supply voltage of 60V, which is suitable for DC DC switching regulator's operation.
