This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations.
