LMK04805BISQX/NOPB Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Clock PLL is embedded in the 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 1.536GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There are 3.15V~3.45V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer.
