LMK04805BISQ/NOPB Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's input. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. An upper frequency limit of 1.536GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There are 3.15V~3.45V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics.
