Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are a total of 48 terminations in this file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented.
