LMK04000BISQX/NOPB Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 48 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. 1.296GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 3.45V of power. There are 3.15V~3.45V available for use with this clock PLL. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. LVCMOS, 2VPECL, LVPECL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. This electronic component can be classified as a Clock Conditioner. Clock PLL is equipped with 48 pin count.
