LMK03318RHSR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. There are a total of 48 terminations in this file. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 3.465V of power. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 3.135V. These related electrical parts are available for the base part number LMK03318. Clock generator is designed with 48 pins. Electronic frequency generator can operate at low temperatures and can perform -40°C operations at a time. At a temperature of 85°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance. The output frequency can be magnified as high as possible with the assistance of 8 signal outputs.
