As you can see, this power management is mounted through 3 terminals. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Cut Tape (CT) model. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please find attached TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. Manage ics operate at 5V supply voltages. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. A total of 3 pins are located on this power management. 3 pins make up the power management. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1V for this IC power. This IC power should be powered by no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~105°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Push-Pull, Totem Pole of output voltage. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 18μA.
