LM809M3-3.08/NOPB Overview
There are 3 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. Power management is packaged in a Cut Tape (CT) way. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. IC management is packaged as a TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. A supply voltage of 3.3V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, it has 3 pins on IC management. 3 pins are on the supervisor. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1V. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 5.5V volts. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~105°C TA degrees. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole.
