LM5117QPSQX/NOPB Overview
It comes in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. 5.5V~65V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz 480kHz position. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Frequency Control, Ramp, Soft Start. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the QUAD position. Various 24 terminations. It includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION as one of the control techniques dc dc converter ic adapts.
