LM5027MHX-1/NOPB Overview
It comes in the 20-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. 3 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 13V~90V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~125°C TJ. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz 490kHz position. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Frequency Control, Ramp, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. Other relevant dc to dc converter ics will be returned if you search "LM5027". It is estimated that this dc regulatorhas a maximum frequency of 1MHz.
