This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. There are 14 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 14-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 25kHz~750kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4.25V as an input voltage. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.26V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 1A. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible.
