LM399H precision reference has outstanding stability of temperature over a broad spectrum of voltage, temperature, and operating current. Precision reference LM399H stabilizing heating element is integrated along with an active Zener on a monolithic substrate that nearly completely eliminates voltage fluctuations in response to temperature. LM399H subsurface Zener operates in a span of 0.5mA to 10mA and provides low noise and excellent stability over the long term.
