Space is saved using its 10-WFBGA, DSBGA package. LED drivers with this design have 2 outputs.We are using Surface Mount as the mounting method.With high efficiency, it appears as a DC DC Regulator.It is able to work normally at the operating temperature of -40°C~85°C TA.There are considerable benefits for Backlight.There are 10 pins used to form the base of its configuration.Undetermined failures may occur when the voltage supply is less than 2.5V.It has been mounted on Surface Mount.LM3502 is the base part number for this LED driver.16V is the voltage output.The power of systems depends on having 5.5V voltages inside.The electronic component can fully perform its functions if the switching frequency is maintained at 1MHz.In the absence of external factors, there is 1.9mA consumption of current.
