Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 6 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 2Vin. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 20mA output current. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible.
