Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There are 20 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER voltage regulator. There is a 20-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 2 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 2.2MHz. Regulator 3V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 3V. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 5.5V. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. An input voltage of 5V is required for switching regulator operation. As a member of the LM26420 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. Voltage can be produced at 4.5V volts by voltage regulator. During switching regulator operation, 20 pins are used.
