It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. There are 8 terminations in this voltage regulator. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well.
