For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the packaging method.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 9V~14V.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.There is a temperature range for this device of -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number LM25101.Surface Mount is the way it takes to mount the device.There are 8 pins available in the device.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.An output current as high as 3A can be achieved at maximum power.The subcategory of MOSFET Drivers contains a wide variety of useful electronic components.A boot strap voltage of 100V is the maximum possible high-side voltage.Mosfet driver supports an output current of 3A.During operation, the supply current may not exceed 3mA.
