LCMXO2280E-5FTN256C Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 256-LBGA package and X package. A total of 211 I/Os are programmed to ensure a more coherent data transfer. A fundamental building block consists of 2280 logic elements/cells. FPGA modules can be attached to development boards using a Surface Mount-connector. Powered by a 1.14V~1.26V supply voltage, fpga chips is able to operate at high speeds. An FPGA belonging to the MachXO series is referred to as an FPGA. The operating temperature should be kept at 0°C~85°C TJ when operating. This FPGA model is contained in Tray for space saving.
