In the package 64-VFBGA, this product is provided. In this kind of FPGA, FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY is used. The device has 44 I/O ports for more coherent data transfer. Logic blocks consist of 256 logic elements/cells. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 2.5V volts needs to be provided. A Field Programmable Gate Arrays-series FPGA part. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. Fpga chips operates at a voltage of 2.375V~3.465V and uses a battery to supply power. It is a type of FPGA belonging to the MachXO2 seies. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within 0°C~85°C TJ when operating. During the installation of this device, 45 outputs were incorporated. Fpga chips is designed to maximiTraye space efficiency by containing the FPGA model in Tray. Total terminations are 64.
