It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. Operating at -40°C~150°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 250kHz~1MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4.5V as an input voltage. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.6V. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V for operation.
