There are 3 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Box (TB). For your reference, this IC power includes a list of 1 functions. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. There are TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. As with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. The supervisor is always powered by a 5.25V volt supply. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The mount is attached to Through Hole. As a subcategory, this PMIC chip can be categorized as Power Management Circuits. 3 pins are on the supervisor. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 300mV, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 15V volts in this IC power. Through Hole mounting is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -25°C~85°C TA.
