The 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the packaging method.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 4.5V~5.5V, it can demonstrate its superiority.This device is designed with a N-Channel MOSFET gate type.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~125°C TJ.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The base part number IXS839 refers to a number of related parts.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 10 when designing the chip.The maximum output current can amount to 4A.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 24V.There are 2 outputs integrated for its basis.85°C is the maximum operating temperature that can be tolerated.The allowable minimum value of operating temperature is -40°C.The maximum voltage for operation is 5.5V.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 4.5V must be applied.
