Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tube is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.Gate drivers can demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy wGate driversh a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a N-Channel MOSFET gate.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.Under its base part number IXS839, various related parts can be found.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.A total of 10 pins are available on the device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 4A.Max (Bootstrap) can be as high as 24V.The basis of the model has 2 outputs integrated.This device supports a current output of 2A at the output.85°C is the maximum acceptable operating temperature.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.The maximum voltage for operation is 5.5V.For operation, 4.5V is the minimum supply voltage.
