Its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted for higher flexibility.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.5V~35V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TA.The input type is Non-Inverting.You mount it with Surface Mount.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 8 pins when designing.As a maximum, there is 4A limit to the output current.There are 2 outputs integrated for its basis.The output current supported by the device is 4A.125°C is the maximum acceptable operating temperature.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.For operation, the supply voltage of 35V is the maximum value.For operation, 4.5V is the minimum supply voltage.The power supply voltage for this device is set to 10μA.
