ISPPAC-CLK5620AV-01TN100C Overview
It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. This clock generator is embedded in the 100-LQFP package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are 100 terminations found in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called HSTL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, LVTTL, SSTL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator.
