ISPPAC-CLK5316S-01T64C Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. The 64-LQFP package contains this clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 240 when reflowing. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from HSTL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, LVTTL, SSTL, which is designed to be the clock source. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 267MHz maximum. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 3.6V. A maximum voltage of 3V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3V~3.6V. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be 0°C~70°C.
