Its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted for higher flexibility.A package of Tube has been used.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~5.5V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a N-Channel MOSFET gate.This device can operate at temperatures up to 0°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.You will find various related parts under the base part number ISL6605.In order to operate, a voltage of 5V has to be applied.A total of 8 pins are available for component connections.There can be a voltage up to 33V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
