ISL6552CB Overview
It comes in a 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 4 output generation. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tube rating. PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. dc controls with 4.75V~5.25V voltage are supplied and operated. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with 0°C~70°C TA. Switching can be done at 50kHz~1.5MHz with this switching controller. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good for efficient switching control.
