IR2233S Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its SOIC package.Mosfet driver consists of 28 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.You mount it with Surface Mount.This device operates with 15V supply voltage.The interface chip of the system is HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.This subcategory of MOSFET Drivers has a number of useful electronic components.The board contains 28 pins for component connections.For its basis, 3 outputs are integrated.The allowable maximum value of operating temperature is 125°C.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a minimum temperature of -40°C.With its 15V power supply, it provides power for diverse applications.A unique technology can also be used to provide FLOATING LOAD DRIVER; UNDER VOLTAGE LOCKOUT CIRCUIT.As long as the output voltage is set to 10V, it will work.
