For greater flexibility, the 44-LCC (J-Lead), 32 Leads package is adopted.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).6 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 10V~20V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Inverting is used as the input type.32 terminations constitute its foundation.There are various related parts under its base part number IR2131JPBF.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.As a result, it is configured with 44 pins when it is designed.Mosfet driver is specifically designed to opeate wMosfet driverh a supply voltage of 15V.500mA is the maximum output current.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 600V.The output current of this device can be set to 160mA.Using 2W as an example, the maximum power dissipation shows how well it is able to transfer and conduct power loss without becoming overheated.For higher stability, the supply current should be kept at 4.5mA.For this device to function, a resistance value of 75Ohm is required.
